Where are the bass presets?
One thing you may have noticed is that The Prince doesn't have a dedicated Bass preset category.
In keeping with Frank Dukes' open-ended creative ethos, we wanted to make versatile presets that can be used effectively in a wide variety of scenarios. With this in mind, many of The Prince's presets work wonders when played in lower octaves - those with more bold and quirky characteristics often make for more interesting bass textures.
We recommend jumping in and experimenting, but here's a few of our favourite presets to get you rolling. Try 'imported oven' for a warm reese, 'pastel sermon' for dusty eighties synthesis, 'cruel researcher' for low-end junglist pressure and 'offbeat tumble' for some wild and gnarly oscillations.
