The God Particle's default settings are those used by Jaycen Joshua for every mix he produces. It's possible that your mix is balanced slightly differently or features differing frequency content, meaning the track doesn't necessarily hit all three gain reduction targets consistently.

Don't worry about this - use the targets as a guide for your mix to ensure an even balance between frequency bands, but don't forget to use your ears, too.
