Website

We aim to make browsing and using our website as accessible as possible, and have made improvements to website navigation, layout and colors in accordance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. We have also incorporated automated accessibility testing into our software development lifecycle using axe.

Cradle Hub and macOS Voiceover

Cradle Hub v1.2.0.3 introduced some improvements to make it a little easier to sign in to your Cradle account, and navigate to and install your Cradle products using macOS Voiceover key commands. We plan on introducing further improvements in future updates, to make the onboarding and installation process as easy as possible when using a screen reader.

If you encounter any issues when using Cradle Hub with macOS Voiceover that prevent you from installing or updating your products, let our support team know.

Cradle Products and macOS Voiceover

From internal testing, we've determined that it is possible to access and control the majority of parameters in Cradle products using macOS Voiceover with the following DAW hosts:

• Logic Pro 10.7.4 (and above)

  • Using Logic Pro's Controls plug-in mode presents all available parameters in a list. These can be navigated, selected and modified using macOS Voiceover's keyboard commands, such as using Ctrl + Option + Up or Down Arrow.

• Pro Tools 2022.12 (and above)

  • With the plug-in window selected by macOS Voiceover, it is currently possible to navigate to FXTDMEditView. Enter this using the macOS Voiceover command Ctrl + Cmd + Option + Down Arrow . This then allows you to navigate through and modify the values of the available parameters using Ctrl + Option + Left or Right Arrow, in a similar fashion to the Logic Pro Controls mode.
    
    

Future Improvements

We aim to make our products available to everyone, but we are aware of limitations in our current product offering that we are working to improve in the future. For instance, preset and content browsing within our products is not currently possible via macOS Voiceover.
