As of Cradle Hub v1.2.1, we're pleased to announce that Cradle products are now supported on macOS 14. If you do spot any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team who will be able to help.

Please note: If you have already updated to macOS 14 and are still running Cradle Hub v1.0.5.1, you will not automatically receive an update prompt within Cradle Hub and will likely see a "Platform not supported" or "Not authorised on this machine" error next to your Cradle products. To update, please head to the Cradle Hub web page to download the installer for the latest version of Cradle Hub.
