Creating your account and password queries
To access trial versions and purchase licenses for Cradle products, you'll first need to create an account. You can do this either directly on the Cradle website, or from the Cradle Hub.
Creating an account on the Cradle website

At the Cradle homepage, click the
sign in
button in the top-right corner of the window to view the Cradle account page -
Select the
create account
option at the bottom -
On the following page, enter the email address you'd like to associate with your Cradle account and click
next

You will then receive a 'Check your email' message. At this point, head to your email client, and you should have received a new email from Cradle titled 'Verify your email address'. Click the link contained within this email to take you through to the account verification page

At this page, please select a password in keeping with the requirements and agree to the T&Cs and optional newsletter, and click the
next
button -
Finally, at the following page, you'll be asked to authorize the cradle.app website to manage your account & products. Click the
accept
button and you'll be returned to the Cradle website, automatically signed in to your new account
Creating an account from the Cradle Hub

After launching Cradle Hub for the first time, click the
sign in
button in the application window. This will open a new browser window, in which the account creation process will take place -
Select the
create account
option in the browser window -
On the following page, enter the email address you'd like to associate with your Cradle account and click
next

You will then receive a 'Check your email' message. At this point, head to your email client, and you should have received a new email from Cradle titled 'Verify your email address'. Click the link contained within this email to take you through to the account verification page

At this page, please select a password in keeping with the requirements and agree to the T&Cs and optional newsletter, and click the
next
button -
Finally, at the following page, you'll be asked to authorize the Cradle Hub application to manage your account & products. Click the
accept
button -
A browser prompt will appear asking if you want to open the Cradle Hub application. Accept this prompt, and you'll be signed in to Cradle Hub in your new account, with access to any trial products you're entitled to
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password for security reasons or if you forget it. You will need to be signed out of your Cradle account first. You can find a 'forgot your password?' link on the Sign In page that will take you through the necessary steps to reset your password.
Through the Cradle.app website

Go to your Account page and make sure you are signed out. If you are signed in:

Sign out by clicking on the
sign out
link and following on-screen instructions -
Go back to your Account page

Click on
sign in
to view your account -
In the Sign In page, click on
forgot your password?
and follow the on-screen instructions
Through the Cradle Hub application

Open Cradle Hub on your desktop computer and make sure you are signed out. If you are signed in, sign out by:

Going to the Settings page by clicking on the cogwheel icon on the top right

Clicking on the
sign out
button and following on-screen instructions

Click
sign in
which will launch your default browser and take you to the Sign In page -
In the Sign In page, click on
forgot your password?
and follow the on-screen instructions
