Problems creating a Cradle account
If you're attempting to create an account in a country that uses a restrictive firewall you may encounter difficulties signing in or completing the sign-up process. Cradle does not currently support accounts or users in China, Russia or North Korea. If you are unsure if this issue is affecting you please contact us.
Other reasons for failing to be able to create a Cradle account may be down to the account verification email not arriving successfully or other problems with your web browser.
