Changing your account email/moving licenses

Please ensure that you've set up a Cradle account with your preferred email address and sign into the website (this part is important as it generates a record of your account on our side in which to place your plug-ins).

Once done, get in touch with us here to let us know your original email address, and the one which you want to transfer your licenses into. 

Transferring your license to someone else

As above, the new user must set up and verify a Cradle account, and then head to https://cradle.app and sign into the website.

Once they've done that, one user needs to contact us to confirm that the account is set up and we'll transfer the licenses over. Both users will be notified when a transfer takes place.
