Why is my Cradle plug-in not showing up in my DAW?
Check your DAW preferences
Is your DAW scanning the correct directory? You can check this in your DAW's preferences folder and rescan to add it to your list of available plug-ins. You can find the default locations for plug-in files listed here.
Is your DAW compatible?
If you can't see your plug-in as an option, it may be that it's not compatible with your DAW at the moment - check out our Supported DAWs article for an up-to-date list of supported software.
If in doubt, you can grab the trial version of any of our full range of plug-ins before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
M1 compatibility
As per the Apple Silicon support article, Cradle products now run natively on Apple Silicon. Please ensure you are running your DAW of choice without Rosetta enabled.
